What We Do

Cedar Porch Capital works with private homebuilders, land developers, 

multifamily developers, and lenders to raise capital from large institutional 

investors and high net worth investors/family offices. This is in the form of equity 

capital as well as debt financing with typical size from $20-$100 million per builder 

and $100-500MM+ for platforms. Use of the capital is for growth, including lot 

acquisition, development, and construction of single-family homes (for sale and for rent) 

and multifamily developments. Cedar Porch works with top institutional investment 

partners with many billions under management.
